Kentucky Fried Chicken in Monchengladbach

The line at the drive in was long. Very long. Due to Corona, only the drive in was open. Does it have to be that coupons are then distributed? We'd have to wait an hour at the drive in. A group of beggars crept across the site in the dark and knocked on the windows of the waiting drivers. Occasional pedestrians stood between the cars. Even pedestrians have to queue up between the drivers in the drive-in. A picture like from the Science Function. Then finally we could order. Choice of voucher, the sauce of the side dishes. And then the incredible thing happened. Our family menu was ready within 5 minutes. The girl at the counter was friendly and seemed in a good mood. And best of all, our order was complete! Exactly as ordered. 5points for the great employees!

I had to wait over 40 minutes at the drive in this Friday evening, or had about 20 cars in front of me. KFC should be clear that a lot of people want to buy food on Friday evening.

Quite tasty for my taste, but also expensive compared to other fast food chains. The staff in the shop is nice and was able to serve me my menu quickly.

Deliciously hot and fresh the KFC in Germany. Than what you get in the Netherlands, it has been here too long so it is no longer hot and fresh. You get cold hard chicken. And in Germany you can still get Hot and Spice. The Netherlands can learn better in the KFC in Germany

Good branch! Fast and tasty. My favorite snacks are crispies and filet bites - boneless 😉 I haven't been inside for a while due to the corona, so I can't comment on the store. Despite the long line of cars, employees on the drive had everything under control. Payment by EC-CARD is possible. I recommend the KFC app, there is always at least one offer here 👍

Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the products have decreased significantly. The chicken parts have shrunk to 1/3 and are in stock. The price is of course unchanged. The service "Farah" was unfortunately unfriendly and cool. I remembered this branch much better. I very much hope that you will find your way back to the old quality. Until then, I will avoid this branch. It's a shame.

Its the second time i order to take away and the second time the Order is wrong. I ordered original chicken teile and comes the spicy one... Is so hard to put the right chicken? Some people dont eat spicy.

Good Chicken As usual place is clean and tidy and you get what you order. I always like to have Kentucky now and again. I had to take my chips back cos they were too cold for me. They changed them immediately. I enjoyed the chicken I will go there again too.

Good food, the same as other branches, just a pity about graffiti and stickers in the toilets letting it down. But the staff were friendly and the rest of the area was clean
